Applications Due February 5th

Each candidate for the fellowship must submit two recommendation letters along with their application.

The letters should address the candidates strengths and weaknesses relevent to an intensive, year-long capacity-building role in an antipoverty nonprofit in Philadelphia.  We’re looking for candidates with excellent communications skills (both oral and written), quick learners, critical thinkers, and an understanding of poverty-related issues and the nonprofit sector.

Recommenders who have been asked to submit a letter for a candidate for the fellowship have two ways of submitting:

– Recommenders can mail the letter directly to us at: Philly Fellows; 1501 Cherry Street; Philadelphia, PA 19102

or

– Recommenders can upload a .pdf of the letter using this form.

Please do not email recommendation letters, as they have a tendency of getting caught up in our spam filters.

Recommendation letters can be addressed to the Philly Fellows Selection Committee.

Please send these materials by February 4th in order to ensure that they’ll be included when our selection committee begins reviewing applications.
